PCHA Membership Information
If you are interested in joining the PCHA please download the Application Forms in PDF format available here.
PCHA will accept any students from HCA approved schools. This may need approval from committee but I think it is better than linking to Board Member/Supervisor page.
When completed, please forward application and supporting documents to Michael Haber, the membership secretary at Michael@HealthyHypnosis.com.au
